What Data We Collect and Why
Personal Identification Information
We may collect personal identification information from users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when users visit our site, register on the site, place an order, fill out a form, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site. Users may be asked for, as appropriate, contact information including name, email address, mailing address, and phone number; in some cases users can also choose to supply demographic information such as age, gender, hometown, and interests. Users may, however, visit our Site anonymously. We will collect personal identification information from users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Users can always refuse to supply personal identification information, except that it may prevent them from engaging in certain Site-related features or activities.
We may collect non-personal, or derivative, identification information about Users when they interact with our Site. Such data may include IP address, browser name, access time, computer type, and technical information about Users’ means of connection to our Site, such as the operating system, Internet service provider, locale, server logs, and other similar information.
Mobile Device Data
If you access the site via mobile device, we may collect information such as your device ID, model, and manufacturer, operating system, and IP address.
We do not currently allow the upload of media to the Site; however if this was an option in the future, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the Site can potentially download and extract location data from images on the Site.
Cookies and Web Beacons
If you enter registration information with our site, you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and other information in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again. These cookies typically last for one year.
A web beacon is a transparent image file typically used by third party traffic monitoring and tracking services to monitor your journey around a single website or collection of sites. Web beacons can be used in connection with cookies to gain an understanding of how a website's users navigate through and process the content contained in that website. Your personal information is not collected through the use of tracking technology. You may not decline web beacons. However, they can be rendered ineffective by declining all cookies or by modifying your web browser’s settings to notify you each time a cookie is tendered.
Data from Contests, Surveys, and Gated Content
Personal or other information you may provide when entering contests or giveaways, responding to surveys, registering to retrieve gated content, or signing up for newsletters.
Embedded Content from Other Websites
Pages on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
You should be aware that getting a new computer, installing a new browser, upgrading an existing browser, or erasing or otherwise altering your browser’s cookies files may also clear certain opt-out cookies, plug-ins, or settings.
